Grout 360 Douglas Fir Sanded Tile Grout. Vibrant, Chromatic colors are possible when using this tile grout. Perfect for tile jobs and mosaics where a depth of character is needed. The material you will receive already has the color added and all you add is water. Steps for mixing and installing the grout. Add the suggested amount of water to a mixing container Add the grout Stir for 5 minutes Let sit for 5 minutes Stir again for 1 minute. Apply grout with a soft grout float and remove excess grout from the surface. Wait 15-20 minutes for grout to stiffen up !!Very Important!! Lightly clean off excess with clean, slightly damp sponge, sponge should not be dripping water. It’s very important not to wash away the top layer of grout, as the color will not be the same throughout the project. Using too much water will make the color appear washed out. Wait 2-3 hours Remove haze with soft towel, microfiber or cheesecloth. Do not walk on for 24 hours. Wait 3-4 days and then seal with several coats of grout sealer. Color variations can occur in any Portland cement product. Slight color differences are normal. Since this grout contains a mix of coloratns, you may see some small pieces of un-mixed color, do not remove, it will mix in very easily by following the above instructions

• Test for Staining, Very important: GROUT360 uses very strong pigments to achieve some colors, and these pigments may stain your tile. Some tiling materials have a tendency to absorb the pigment color from the grout. White tiles with matte surfaces or unglazed porcelain finishes are the ones we see that have the most staining issues.
