This beautiful halter dress is by Flying Tomato. Made of cotton in dark navy blue, dress has a turquoise swirl, line & floral design with dark red floral accents all around. Dress is embellished with embroidery in the front in colors of ivory, red & gold down front center, along the empire waist & on edging of the bust line going up the ties. The two long ties hang on the back & can be tied in a bow or knot at the neck. Has 5” wide elastic in back that stretches to 16.5”. Dress lined in dark navy cotton. Dress is Women’s size Medium & measures 14” across bust & 35” long from top of embroidered ties to hem. Dress is to be hand washed in cold water & laid flat to dry. Dress from early 2000’s & in good condition. Has a very small snag on the right lower back side that can be sewn. There are no other flaws or stains & all embroidery is firmly in place.
