This camera is a vintage Ansco Pioneer, a metal-bodied roll film camera manufactured in Binghamton, New York.

Production Era: These cameras were produced from approximately 1940 to 1953.
Film Type: It primarily uses 620 roll film (also known by Ansco as PB20), though a larger 616 size was also manufactured.
Features: The camera has a resin-plastic lens barrel and a curved film plane, designed to improve focus accuracy for its simple meniscus lens. The model shown includes the detachable flash attachment with a large circular reflector.
Constructed from a combination of plastic and metal. Made in the USA, in Binghamton, New York. This is one of my husbands cameras that he collected. Was used as decor but he said it worked.
